Picking up on Kevin's point if you were in the military and you did what you were told to do, etc, then guess what, you helped kill babies, even if you never pulled a trigger.

If you believed what you were doing was for the greater good, you were brainwashed.

I agree, and the parents of these kids buy the games for them! I think people need a tour of Baghdad to understand what life could be like without a military to protect them. People need to stop whining and stand behind their military everyday.

cyberbean..If you stop recruiting soldiers, you will not have a military. WE WOULD ALL BE DEAD IF THE MILITARY WAS REMOVED! Think about it. Imagine if the state you live in removed the police force and stopped enforcing the laws. Do you honestly thi…

Since freedom seems to be such a big topic...shouldn't students be free to make educated decisions? Including whether or not they want to join the military? If a military recruiter walked into a school and told the kids they would make $600,000 a ye…

HUH?! Where do they defend white supremacists? They defend the military as a DIVERSE organization. As in, lots of people from lots of races and backgrounds. Please, explain where they defend white supremacists in the military. And the article states…

There is a basic problem here. If it is said that there is opposition to recruiters on campuses etc...why do folks make the jump to thinking that individual soldiers are being demonized? They are not. The US miltary war machine is being called out f…

Having been to Afghanistan and Iraq, I am actually capable of giving an honest perspective of both wars. I love how your opinions are based on photos and news alone. War is hell Mr. Soldo. That is not just a cute phrase, it is truth. Do you say Fuck…

I think military recruiters are wishing they could go do the job THEY VOLUNTEERED FOR instead of dealing with kids in school. Recruiting is a temporary duty that mid-level soldiers get assigned to, not a chosen profession. If anything should be prot…

Rock on, Robert. I lost my brother-in-law (Semper Fi!) to Iraq and several friends to Afghanistan and Iraq. But I will gladly go back (done tours in both) and support all who are willing to fight for something besides their spoiled lifestyle and pet…

unfortunately, the military does have racist extremists and gang members in its midst. So does your local college campus. So does your friendly wal-mart. The military does try its best to screen potential members, but it is not perfect. Does that ma…

Oh yeah, your one picture with child who has a bottle of water totally makes up for the fact that the U.S. military has illegally invaded and obliterated Iraq and Afghanistan. Stop kidding yourself, you know exactly what it was you were apart. Rules of Engagement: Shoot anything that moves. It completely makes up for the fact that wedding parties have been bombed regularly since the U.S. considers any group of Afghans to be hostile. And it completely negates when Matudar Al Zaidi he threw a shoe at Bush and said , " This is for the widows and orphans and all those killed in Iraq,"

And it completely makes up for the fact that torture has been a systematic attempt to dehumanize and oppress the Iraqi and Afghani people.

And it makes up for the fact that you are occupying a fucking country.

There is nothing honorable about being a foot soldier for empire. But its not too late man, you can actually stop kidding yourself, take responsibility for the shit you did and the things you saw and be a part of stopping it. Other Iraq vets are doing it, that is what the We Are Not Your Soldiers Tour is about.

Here is another video of soldiers, "helping" children in Iraq:

RECRUITERS!!!! RUUUUNNNN!!!!

Recruiters eat your babies and brainwash you! They are evil government agents with mind warping capabilities! Hahahahaha.

Recruiters are men and women who get pulled from their normal job in the military. They would much rather be doing that than dealing with sniveling brats who never worked a day in their life. But, its cool. They gladly accept the challenge because they know they possess a strength that most of the American population will never even understand. They are often combat veterans… Continue

What is really funny is how many students love to play Call of Duty on their Playstations and XBoxes, and yet if it came down to doing anything similar in real life...well, the story changes. Glorifying violence in video games is acceptable, I guess. But making the unfortunate and tough decision to act in violence in order to protect and defend a nation is not justifiable. Because the world is such a happy place, where everyone holds hands and enjoys Pepsi while watching the TV in their cozy liv… Continue

This is Awesome!

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." John Stuart Mill

Keep living spoiled little lives. Its so much easier to protest… Continue
